Sadly I have to write my experience as I think I'm not the only one. Im with this surgery for a long time, had only good experience but in the last half of the year or so its just going down. Can not get an appointment, only doctor calls you back if there is an emergency. I do not think its appropriate in health service, im calling regarding my health not about a lost luggage or something. So few weeks back, My 5 years old daughter got ill. Very high temperature, for days and days, rush on body. Of course, I had to take her to walk in clinic, but that was the virus season. When it didn't pass, and I got ill too, called gp. No appointment, doctor call you back-sounded on the line. Some doctor called back in 30 minutes, and hearing the symptoms he gave us 2 different time slots to the nurse. Yes, to the nurse! She did not listen as I was about to tell what happened from the beginning, as it was not my daughter's appointment but mine. (Started all with her, right?) Was aggressive, stopping me when I wanted to speak, then she came up with new symptoms she found, strawberry tong. I did not know where to put it, thought she is professional. Daughter got antibiotic, I got cream for my rush. 2 days later I couldn't get up, got to hospital with serious infections caused by Scarlet fever. 6 days in there, lots and lots of pain. Now that I'm out, I called them up with persisting pain, and the voice on the line sais - the doctor will call you back shortly...... I'm not blaming reception team, as they are always nice. But this system or luck of doctors is unacceptable.

Horrible staff on the telephone line. Long waiting for appointments, like mininum a month! No compassion for people in need and very unwelcoming experience overall.

I am very saddened to have to write a negative review. I find this practice approach shocking and have had health concerns and felt totally unsupportive by the GP. The doctor is fantastic on minor concerns but not if anything complicated where she quickly shifts you out her surgery but I’m speaking for myself. I find the receptionists approach shocking accept one and quite unfriendly. The manager approach is unbelievable and shockingly condescending and patronising and speaks to people as if they lack intellect I’ve never experienced being spoken to so rudely on the phone. There was one part time dr I respect. Who’s good but only working one day a week, so is not practicle. If you got basic health needs use this practice. I feel that the manager needs to be put into training how to communicate politely and treat patients with dignity and respect. Offering longer surgery hours so patients can get earlier appointments. Encourage drs to read new patient notes and if they struggle suggest a colleague to help indeed not let patient suffer as I have. I find the staff quite miserable and unfriendly and I need to be approached by positive people . I have been made upset me and basically left me to struggle with health concerns alone as the GP does seem disinterested about my health needs and let me struggle. I was with a doctor for 25 years and so caring and supportive it’s not the same comparison with this practice. I’ve registered elsewhere now as I no longer trust the doctor or have anything to do with my health needs. It’s a shame I could not write a positive review

I’m leaving this place it’s the worst I’ve seen , the Dr for the second time has rushed me looked like she wasn’t even interested in what I was saying or had to say . I spoke about one thing she is telling about vitamins which have nothing To do . I’ve lived in uk all my life never have I once come across this kind of behaviour it’s disgusting. Might aswell go private . Also she bases a lot of your problem with her on life . My dear if a babies skin keeps reacting better to do a skin test it’s not coming out of your pocket

Couldn't make my appointment, cancelled and called them to rebook and was told by a very rude receptionist to go to a walking clinic before hanging up the phone on me while I was still talking.. time to switch gps.. this is not the first time I been mistreated and wouldn't recommend anyone to go there as it takes over 3 weeks minimum to get an appointment.
